These insects are shipped via UPS Next Day. Orders ship Monday-Thursday and will arrive the next day. Orders must by placed by 4:00 PM EST in order to ship the same day. Live arrival of feeder insects is guaranteed only when someone is present when the package arrives and you contact us within an hour of any problems. Live arrival of these items are NOT guaranteed when overnight lows are below 10° F.
